* To make your pot painting party a seamless and enjoyable experience, we charge a booking fee of $150 per session. This fee covers all necessary setup costs, ensuring that your event runs smoothly from start to finish. Remember, the larger your group, the more you save! Since this is a flat fee, bigger groups will enjoy greater value per participant, making it the perfect opportunity to gather all your friends, family, or colleagues for a creative and fun-filled session.

Each participant receives a high-quality hand-sealed terracotta pot, a choice of succulent or cacti, painting materials, potting up materials and expert guidance on both painting and plant care.
The approximate duration of our sessions ranges from 45 minutes to 2 hours. This timing largely depends on the number of participants and the pace at which your group prefers to work. Whether it’s a swift, creative session or a more leisurely artistic journey, we pace our workshop to suit your group’s dynamics, ensuring everyone has ample time to enjoy painting and planting without feeling rushed.
We’re ready to cater to your group, no matter the size. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a larger assembly, we can accommodate any number of participants.
To ensure everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable painting experience, we provide seating and tables for up to 20 painters at a time. If your group is larger, we can facilitate the workshop in rotations, or you have the option to provide additional chairs and tables. This way, everyone gets a chance to unleash their creativity without feeling rushed or cramped.

To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit. The remainder is payable 24 hours before the day of the event. Booking confirmation details will be provided upon deposit receipt.
Plans change, we get it. We offer a full refund on cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event. For later cancellations, please refer to our detailed policy.
