Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Booking: To book a workshop, a deposit of 50% is required. Full payment must be made 24 hours before the workshop date.
• Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 14 days before the workshop to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the workshop will forfeit the deposit.
• Cancellation by Us: In the rare event that we must cancel a workshop, participants will be notified and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
